What do you run?
You pay to get asked. Then whoever answers first gets the job.
Every person who asks you for a price cost you something: an ad, a lead-site fee, an evening spent quoting. Then they ask three other companies, and the first one to answer wins. You’re on a ladder or in someone’s kitchen when it happens. That’s not on you. More lead sites won’t fix it. It’s pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it.
Open spots on your calendar.
The people who’d fill them are asking someone right now.
New asks in your zip codes this week · answered in minutes.
Our fee for those 6: $1,800,
only once they come back for a second clean.
The fix isn’t another lead site. It’s being first, every time, and following up until it’s a yes or a no. We bring new people in your zip codes, answer them in minutes as you, and book them into your open spots. In their first 2 weeks with us, Cleaning Your Way got 17 regulars.
How much are your open spots worth?
Takes 20 seconds. Nothing to sign up for.
Claim your town for your company
One company per trade per town. The people we find only ever go to you, never to the company down the road. Book your 10-minute setup call and we hold your town for you until then.
Book your call and claim your townNo card. Nothing to pay until a new client comes back for a second clean.
Filling 4 spots with regulars at $160 every two weeks
≈ $16,640 a year.
An example, not a promise. You only pay when a new client comes back for a second clean.
Here’s how we fill those spots.
You already pay for the tools. We do the work in them, and we only get paid when someone shows up.
- 11A 10-minute call.Your prices, your towns, your open spots. That’s your whole setup.

Every day it runs
Before anything runs.
We set your prices, towns and weekly maximum, and build your ads with your own photos. You approve every ad before it runs.
While it runs.
Every ask is answered in minutes, followed up until it’s a yes or a no, booked into your openings, and reminded 3 days before and the day before.
When it needs you.
Anything about price, a complaint, or someone asking for you comes straight to your phone with what they said. Every new client shows on your Friday list.
The result: New clients on your calendar · You approve every ad · Nothing for a first clean, $300 only if they come back
In their first 2 weeks, Jaime’s Cleaning Service booked 23 cleanings. Ended up booking 23 cleanings just from reaching back out.

Who carries the risk
Everyone else gets paid whether you book or not.
Lead sites, agencies and apps all bill you up front. If nobody books, that money is gone. We flipped it.
Who does the work
Real conversations, not a robot.
Your software can send a text. It can’t tell “just looking” from “can you come Thursday?” Every ask needs a different next step. We have the whole conversation, in writing, in your company’s name. Never a voice bot.
“How much for a 3 bed?”
What we doYour price, from your price sheet, and two times this week
“Do you bring your own supplies? I have a dog.”
What we doAnswered from your notes. Anything we’re not sure of comes to you
“Actually, can you do every week?”
What we doBooked as a regular, and texted to you right away
A text-back app

- Can’t book anyone
- Every answer still lands on you
- A monthly fee, booked or not

- Books them into your open spots
- Only price, complaints and “ask the owner” come to you
- You pay nothing for a first clean, $300 only if they come back

After the first visit
Then they stay.
A first visit is worth $160. A regular is worth about $4,000 a year. So we don’t stop at the booking. Every first-time client is asked to become a regular, and a regular who skips gets asked back.
Your own people first.
Anyone who asked you for a price lately and never booked, and past clients who drifted off. First bookings come fast, while the ads warm up.
New people every week.
- Ads in your zip codes,
- every ask answered in minutes,
- every first visit asked to become a regular.
If 2 new clients a month become regulars at $160 every two weeks, that’s about $8,300 a year, added every month. You only pay when they show up.
What you pay for
You pay for one thing: a new client who came back.
Not names. Not clicks. Not “maybe later.” A client counts only when all three are true:
- 1they came to you through us;
- 2they booked;
- 3they came back for a second clean, and you were paid for it. (Tree: you sold the job and were paid. Pool: the first weekly service happened.)
- Charged once per client, ever. Not every visit.
- Not ours? Tick it on your Friday list and it’s gone. No questions.
- Their first clean? You pay us nothing.
- Booked once, never came back? No charge.
- Cancelled or no-show? No charge.
- Past clients we bring back? Free.
- Every client is on your Friday list, by name: who asked, who booked, who showed up, what you owe.
Fewer than 3 new clients in your first 30 days? You pay nothing.
No ad cost. No setup fee. No monthly fee.
How you pay
Start hereAt $160 every 2 weeks, 5 new regulars = about $20,800 a year for you. Our fee for those 5: $1,500, each at their 2nd clean. A client who never comes back: $0.
Book your 10-minute callWe go over your prices, towns and open spots, and pick your start date. Nothing to pay until a new client comes back for a second clean.

- Ads in your company’s name, with your photos, approved by you
- Every ask answered in minutes, day or night
- A weekly maximum you set, so you’re never flooded
- The ads run in your own ad account. Every client is yours. No contract; cancel with one text.
We only fill the slots you open. Tell us how many new clients a week you can take. Busy? Text us “full” and we pause. Nothing to cancel.
Your town. Your clients. Nobody else’s.
- One company per trade per town. The people we find only ever go to you, never to the company down the road.
- Never shared. Every client we book is yours. We never sell them or send them to anyone else.
- Your page, in your name. If you stop, you keep everything.
“Ended up booking 23 cleanings just from reaching back out so I’m pretty happy with it.”
In their first 2 weeks, Deep Cleaning Seattle booked 12 jobs. We got 12 jobs booked from people who had asked about cleaning before and never followed through.

Questions owners ask
What counts as a new client?
Someone who wasn’t already your client, booked through us, and came back for a second clean (that’s when you pay $300). Cancelled, no-shows and anyone already your client are $0. Past clients we bring back are free.
Where do the new clients come from?
Local ads we run and pay for, in your company’s name, in the zip codes you pick. Plus anyone who asked you for a price lately and never booked. Never shared with another company.
How do I know what I’m paying for?
Every Friday you get the list of new clients by name. Tick any that aren’t yours, and they come off before anything is charged. No credits, nothing to dispute.
What if I get too busy?
You set how many new clients a week you can take. Text us “full” and we pause until you say go.
Who writes the messages to my clients?
Every message goes out in writing, in your company’s name, using only your prices. Never a phone robot, and we never pretend to be someone at your company. We watch every conversation, and anything unusual comes to you first.
Who pays for the ads?
We do. They run in your own ad account, so you own it and everything in it. You never pay for ads or for leads.
What if they don’t show up?
You don’t pay. We remind them 3 days before and the day before, and offer anyone who misses a new time.
Do I need new software?
No. Nothing to install, learn or log in to. We book into the openings you give us.
I already get asks from my website or a lead site.
Send them our way. We answer those in minutes too, and you only pay for the ones who show up.
How fast does it start?
Right after your 10-minute call. In week 1 we start with people who already asked you for a price, and the ads go live the week after.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel with one text, and every client is yours.
How do you make money?
You pay nothing for a new client’s first clean. If they come back for a second, that’s $300, once. You only ever pay for regulars. Past clients we bring back: free. Fewer than 3 in your first 30 days: nothing.
Is this for you?
It is if
- You run a cleaning, tree or pool company
- You have room for more work every week
- You’d rather pay for clients than for clicks or names
- You can take a new client within a few days
It isn’t if
- You’re fully booked
- You want someone to run ads you manage yourself
Your next regulars are asking someone right now.
We’ll answer first, as you. You only pay when they show up.
We go over your prices, towns and open spots, and pick your start date.
“It’s been really good for us. We got 17 old customers back and most of them are back on a regular schedule now.”
