Quiet AccountsTerms
These are the terms for using Quiet Accounts. They're short because the service is simple.
What the service is
You give us an export of estimates your company sent that never turned into jobs. We email those people, in your company's name, with plain-text messages you've approved, and we send you any replies. Quiet Accounts is not an employee, agent or partner of your company.
The free batch
The first estimates are worked at no charge, with no card and no contract. Either of us can stop the free batch at any time by text or email.
Paying to keep it running
If you want to continue after the free batch, the price is $ a month, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time with a text or email, and billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for. There is no minimum term.
What you agree to
- You have the right to contact the people on your list, because they asked your company for an estimate.
- You've read and approved the first email before it goes out, and you're responsible for the content of anything you approve or edit.
- The information you give us is accurate as far as you know.
What we agree to
- We send no more than a small, fixed number of emails to any one person, ever, and we remove anyone who asks to stop.
- We send from our own sending setup, so your email domain isn't used.
- We use your list only for your campaign and delete it if you stop.
- We pass every reply to you promptly and don't reply to your customers on your behalf unless you ask us to.
No guarantee of results
We can't promise how many people will reply or book. What we can promise is that if nothing comes back from the free batch, you owe nothing.
Limits
Our total responsibility to you for anything arising from this service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous three months. We're not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with the date, and we'll tell paying clients by email.
