This page says what Quiet Accounts collects, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted. Plain English, no surprises.
What we collect
- From you, the business owner: your name, company name, cell number, the name you want the emails signed with, and the estimate export you forward us.
- From that export: the names, email addresses, job descriptions and prices of people who got an estimate from your company.
- From this website: basic, anonymous visit counts (which pages were opened, roughly where from). No advertising cookies.
What we use it for
Only to run your campaign: writing to the people on your list in your company's name, sending their replies to you, and reporting the results to you. Nothing else.
What we never do
- We don't sell, rent or share your list with anyone.
- We don't email your customers about anything except the estimate they asked you for.
- We don't send more than a small, fixed number of emails to any one person, and anyone who asks to stop is removed right away.
Where it lives
Your export is stored in our own accounts with ordinary password protection and two-factor login. It is not uploaded to any public place.
Deleting it
If you stop, we delete your list. If you want it deleted sooner, text or email us and it's gone within a few days. Your customers can ask the same at any time by replying to any email.
